About Shivaji Mahavidyalaya, Gadchiroli

Shri Shivaji Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Gadchiroli has been established on 8th August, 1962, Reg. No. E-12 (C) by Hon’ble late Shri. J. T. Patil Mhashakhetri, (Ex. MLA), and other socially committed people, to spread social and educational awareness among the backward pupils of Gadchiroli district. Their prior intention is to spread the light of Education for socially, and financially backward and other needy section of the society of the district. It is the sole purpose of the society behind establishing the educational society.

As a part of the society, various educational branches are established, out of it “Shivaji Mahavidyalaya, Gadchiroli” is one of them.
